To help children build a better foundation in life and raise up the communities around them by providing reasons to "make a joyful noise unto the Lord", through music or the satisfied sigh of a full stomach.
Psalm 100 Ministries was incorporated in 2024 to bring hope and strengthen community by helping children and families overcome challenges. We believe every child should have the opportunity to pursue their passions, especially through music and extracurricular activities. Our goal is to help make those opportunities accessible to all, regardless of a family’s financial situation.

Psalm 100 is based in Grant City, the county seat of Missouri’s smallest county. Nearly 20% of Worth County’s population lives below the poverty line, including 35% of children and 10% of seniors. As the cost of living continues to rise, more families are struggling to balance basic needs while still trying to give their children opportunities to pursue activities they enjoy and rely on as important outlets.
We work with teachers, schools, and communities to ensure students have what they need for class, trips, and competitions—including materials, meals, and other necessary expenses. Through community events and donations, we fund programs that ease financial pressure on students, families, and communities. Our goal is to expand our reach and ultimately help as many of the 34,000 Northwest Missouri residents living below the poverty line as possible.

In 2025, we moved into our current building—a church built in 1904 with an education wing added in the 1960s. While it needs some updating, we are grateful to have a space from which to serve our community. The sanctuary can host concerts and recitals, the fellowship hall and kitchen support our meal programs, and the five classrooms provide space for after-school programming.
